Local first, privacy by default. Many of our apps and tools run fully on your machine. When something does need network access, we aim to keep it minimal and transparent.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Runable.app software, tools, and browser extensions handle user data. Individual products may have additional, product-specific details; this page provides the baseline approach.

2. What we collect

• This site uses Google Analytics for basic traffic and usage metrics (e.g. page views).
• Services that require registration: For accounts, we process only what is needed to authenticate you and keep the service working — in practice, login-related events only (sign-in and session handling)

3. What we do not collect

We do not collect anything.

• We do not collect payment details, or authentication tokens.
• We do not collect personal data.
• We do not sell any data at all.

4. Data storage & processing

• On-device by default: our products store data on your machine (desktop app storage, browser IndexedDB/local storage, etc.).
• No external servers by default: our products do not send user data to any backend.
• Network access when needed: some tools fetch public web pages or download updates/models. This is limited to what is necessary for functionality.

5. Data sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer your in-product data or on-line service data to third parties. For most of that class of information we do not even have access or keep records ourselves — it stays on your device. For this website, third-party services (such as Google Analytics) may receive standard web telemetry data as part of their operation.

6. User control & deletion

• You can typically delete locally stored data using the product’s settings or by uninstalling/removing the app or extension.
• Uninstalling a browser extension generally removes its local storage (subject to browser behavior).

7. Children’s privacy

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will note the revision on this page.

Our philosophy is privacy by default: we avoid collecting data beyond the limited cases described in this policy, and much of what you do with our software stays on your device. We do not intend to broaden collection over time — we expect the substance of these commitments to stay the same. Any future edit should be rare and limited to wording, clarity, or legal compliance, not to a new category of data gathering.
